  1. Preheat the garment for 10 seconds to remove excess moisture. ...
  2. Place the transfer on the garment with image facing up.
  3. Press at 310F  for 15 seconds under Med-firm pressure.
  4. Remove the garment from the press and PEEL HOT!.
  5. REMEMBER HOT PEEL!
  6. HEAT PRESS IS RECOMMENDED
